Hope Grows Community Farm Program (HGCFP)

operates out of the beautiful Parkmont Farm in Hyde Park, Vermont.  Our program is the result of our founders' Christian faith belief and desire to create a welcoming, supportive, and educational environment for youth and families of all backgrounds.

In a world where people often feel isolated, hurt, and unsure of where to seek help, we offer a unique and enriching environment to experience growth and healing. HGCFP is not a religious organization, but as individuals, we strive to put our faith and hope into action by and through our mission and programs.
